Processing & Shipping:

Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to process. This does not include weekends, holidays, or preorders. All orders include tracking numbers for your convenience.

USA: Delivery times vary by carrier, typically 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL: Delivery times vary by carrier, typically 14-20 business days.

Salami Productions is not responsible for any fees such as import duties, taxes, and customs fees. This includes VAT (Value Added Tax) for European Union orders.  Please check with your local carrier to see if this applies to you before placing an order. Orders returned to sender due to unpaid tariffs will not be refunded.

Most orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address input from the buyer will not be replaced. In the circumstance that we are able to reship your order, you must repay the shipping cost. We are not responsible for merchandise once the postal carrier receives it. Please communicate with your local carrier regarding issues with transit or delivery. We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered or stolen orders.

PRE-ORDER/MADE TO ORDER:

Production time for pre-orders and made to order goods vary by product. The average wait time is 1-3 weeks, however, please keep an eye on our social media @salamiproductions_ for up to date information regarding restocks.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please make sure to check your order contents before completing your purchase, and ensure your personal information (i.e name, address, email) is correct for a smooth transaction & delivery.

In cases where you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and photo evidence. Do not discard items, as in some cases we may ask for the item to be returned. Replacements, exchanges, or refunds for defective or incorrect items will be offered at the discretion of Salami Productions.
